Assign a creative writing project.

Writings can be a short story, small collection of poems, thoughts, dreams, etc. Each project should be no more than 5 pages in length, including cover page and illustrations. see homework specs here

Collect the assignment, including parental permission slips. get permission slip here

Mail the entire class project to FunderBooks in the mailing container provided in your fundraiser kit. That’s it, you’re done. We’ll do the rest.

This is an Heirloom Project.

After your class book has been submitted to FunderBooks for publication, it’s time to begin the promotion phase. Promoting your books is all about sharing. Tell everyone – friends, family, neighbors, distant relatives, church groups, and organization groups. Remember… we’re always here to help.

We Edit For Language And Inappropriate Content
Some spelling and grammar errors may be corrected during the editing process. However, students, and/or student’s parents, should check for spelling and grammar errors prior to submitting their work.

Inappropriate content is any content that may be construed as hate, bullying, racism, of a sexual nature, etc. However, content used with sensitivity within the context of the work and that demonstrates a resolution of social issues or inequalities, may be permitted. All decisions for use of content will be the final decision of the FunderBooks editors.

We Digitally Scan All Literary Material
Each story (text and illustrations), must be scanned and converted into a digital format prior to compiling into a book layout.

We Do The Layout and Compilation of Each Book
We will structure each book to be in proper layout form for print. This includes title page creation, table of contents creation, any additional pages (such as dedications, etc.), and consecutive page numbering. Most books will require additional face pages for continuity and aesthetic value. Face pages may contain information about the fundraiser sponsor.

We Provide and Maintain an Online Presence
We provide an online webpage for your school’s funding needs. Patrons will be able to donate money online through the FunderBooks Fundraiser. We want to keep your school a focus in your community.

We Collect and Distribute Funds
We collect all funds through your online fundraising site. All funds are collected through PayPal, the safest and most secure method of online payments. To protect your patrons’ financial information, we will never ask for, or store credit information. Read more about PayPal.

For your convenience, we provide two different ways to distribute your funds:
1. We will issue a monthly check and send it to the address you specify; or
2. We will directly deposit your cash into your PayPal account. This method is fast, safe, and reliable.

We Keep Accounting Documents
We use an advance system that will track and account for all incoming school funding. After you register your school with The Ultimate School Fundraiser, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to closely monitor your school’s funding progress.
